Running is a matter of endurance and I have to imagine that doing this challenge will be more mental than physical.
Royal Blood's singer Mike Kerr will be doing a charity run starting this Friday where, for 48 hours, he'll run 4 miles every 4 hours. That will be 48 miles in 48 hours, almost 2 marathons in 2 days. Mike is doing David Goggins' annual 4x4x48 Challenge, joining people worldwide for one of the toughest runs possible.
