There's not many details available from the video itself, but from what we see she's in the road holding a sign that claims she is homeless, then gets done and starts to get into her 2016 Fiat parked in a McDonald's parking lot. According to HEAVY.com she appears to be the original owner and it was bought new.
The people recording attempt to get some answers out of her, and she claims she's on disability. One person from the video's comments claims "She also has a dark green Nissan Xterra and a silver PT Cruiser."
