The International Cake Exploration Societé (ICES) promotes the love and appreciation of cake decorating and sugar artistry. If you love the sugar arts as much as WE do, we invite you to join us for our 43rd Annual ICES Convention and Show, July 26 – 29, 2018, in Cincinnati, Ohio. A truly international organization, we have thousands of members around the globe. This year’s show theme is “ICES In Wonderland”. Our Sugar Art Gallery will feature edible showpieces ranging from simply whimsical to extremely outrageous! The Gallery will also display entries to the “Mad About Hats” decorating contest. You will also have the opportunity to take classes and watch demos by many of the most respected instructors in this field. And, our Vendor Hall will once again offer products from some of your favorite companies and brands, while introducing you to your new “must haves”.
